The Sepi Quality Chain is an example of a short agribusiness chain with

strong traditional connotation. It was born from the synergy between 16 selected local farms and the Sepi Formaggi dairy.

 

It is an ambitious project, characterized by a quality control system that involves all stages and actors in the supply chain, starting from the agricultural production of the raw material to the processing of milk into cheese, aging and marketing of the finished product.

 

The goal of the Chain is to combine the experience and age-old values of Sardinian cheese production with the highest quality standards expected by discerning consumers.
